At PARFUM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused fragrance products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the perfume in its original, cellophane-wrapped packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
